1. Great Product

   Excellent for two small dogs that constantly tangle each other up. Won't stand up to extreme surging, but nothing will.

   Three problems. Heavy. Snaps at end of leads are too small very difficult to snap tow D rings such as collar and harness together. Hole in handle is not large enough for large hands.

4. Almost perfect

   Only two minor problems. The clips at the end of the leads are not large enough. I use a "Gentle Leader" harness which needs to be clipped together with the collar ring. These clips are just barely large enough to fit both rings. Second, the opening in the handle for one's hand isn't large enough. I have a men's medium size hand and it just fits comfortably. With lightweight gloves on it is tight. Men with larger hands will not find it usable.
   
   To keep the leads from getting twisted you have to keep the "revolve-a-leash" held vertically, pointed to the ground.

5. What a relief!!

   We have two dogs (both shepherd mixes). My husband and I walk them together twice a day. Every now and then one of us is unavailable to participate. The revolve-a-leash enables each of us to take both our dogs for a walk with much less complication. They don't get tangled and if they do change positions, the leash corrects automatically. The only thing I have to make sure is that one of them doesn't walk behind me. Otherwise it's a fantastic product!

   Walking my two squirrely dogs is now so dang easy! This leash works exactly as promised and I am so happy I ordered it. (I just happen to have one black dog and one tan dog, so the two button colors are also perfect.) My dogs are 9 pounds and 20 pounds. Some reviewers complained that the swivel ball gets stuck sometimes, and when my dogs go in rapid circles or run back and forth it can get twisted, but it is truly simple to give it a quick turn with your free hand. A hundred times better than walking them with two separate leashes.

7. Love This Leash & Customer Care!

   This is my second leash as the first one wound up irretrievably tangled within the spool. My dogs (Jack Russell Terrier & Cavalier King Charles Spaniel) really worked hard to get it tangled up beyond my ability to fix it. I reordered the leash and after my order was confirmed, I reached out to Customer Service for assistance. They were very helpful and quick to respond. That kind of service is not available everywhere! I love this product and just want to say "Thank You" for your GREAT Customer Service!

8. Good concept but not very strong

   Very good idea because it keeps me from having to handle two leashes at the same time. The only problem is that it is not a very duty product and i could see that compared to the large dog retractables i have now. The gears are not as heavy duty and line and snap is a lesser quality. Love the product just need to make one heavy duty that would be similar to the large dog retractable. If you do have a heavier duty one than this, i would be interested in getting that one instead.would also like to see the cord longer, 16' instead of 10'

9. Perfect for a multi-pup family

   I love this leash! I have 3 Shih Tzu's and I can finally use only 2 leashes, so much easier to walk them now! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the bulk/heaviness, otherwise it is perfect!!!
